JointVance Ingredients
JointVance declares eight named ingredients: MSM, Turmeric Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Boswellia Extract, BioPerine, Glucosamine and Chondroitin.
None carry a stated per-serving amount in the materials we reviewed, which matters for comparing against research doses.
Eight named ingredients, no amounts disclosed
JointVance names all eight of its ingredients on the label, but does not publish exact per-serving amounts for any of them in the materials we reviewed. This is a meaningful gap: it means you cannot compare this formula's specific doses against the research done on these ingredients individually.
See our piece on reading joint supplement labels for how to think about this generally.

What to discuss with a doctor
If you have a shellfish allergy, confirm the source of the Glucosamine and Chondroitin with the manufacturer before use. If you take blood-thinning medication, mention the Ginger and Turmeric to your doctor, as both have mild blood-thinning properties of their own.
